About the Project
Part of a 24 acre PUD set in downtown Eagle, Phase I of Molinari Park features a mixture of three, five, and eight unit townhome buildings both in a two story product and three story product with a total of 8 buildings and 33 home site. Townhomes range in size from just over 1,500 square feet to over 2,000 sf, feature a two car garage, one, two, or three balconies and/or covered patios, as well as a gated front yard with an additional patio and seating area.
The exteriors have a mix of architectural elements and elevations, boast a wide range of materials and textures including brick, stucco, painted siding, stained siding, and wrought iron.

Construction Type: Townhomes, Type V with 2 hour separation between units.
Project Size: 33 townhomes, approximately 55,500 square feet of living space, and nearly 70,000 square feet in total.
