Molinari Park Infrastructure, Eagle, Idaho

About the Project

Part of a 24 acre PUD Molinari Park Phase I infrastructure covered approximately 5.25 acres of the old Eagle Rodeo site.  Prior to any work commencing, this site was covered with trees and shrubs that had to be cleared in preparation for utility work and means of egress.

Permeable pavers were used as the road material throughout to allow for proper storm water containment as the ground water was extremely high and a typical swale or seepage bed was not feasible.

Offsite work and work in addition to phase I included bring power through a community easement from an offsite location, providing future phases access to all utilities, improvements to E Plaza Rd, and constructing a berm, sound/privacy wall along highway 44, and landscaping the berm area.
