Molinari Park
Eagle, Idaho
Phase I of Molinari Park consisting of 34 townhomes located in the heart of downtown Eagle. The exteriors consist of numerous textures and details. Each unit has a private balcony, owners suite with dual vanity sinks, large shower, and walk-in closets. Large windows throughout offer amazing lighting and contributes to the open floor plan. A private and well landscape patio area accompanies each home and numerous options are available to customize at the buyer's discretion, including fireplaces, accent walls, cabinets, and flooring.
Boise Miller Towns
Boise, Idaho
A 38 unit, three-story townhome product located on Fairview Ave and within walking distance to the Village. This project consists of 7 different buildings ranging from three to six units each and includes a park with playground for community enjoyment. A variety of floor plans ranging in size from 1,785 sf to 1,805 sf offers ample space, walk in closets, open living areas, and a 2 car garage.
Molinari Park Site Development
Eagle, Idaho
Site improvements and developments to phase I of the Molinari Park subdivision and backbone infrastructure to the entire 26 acre PUD site that includes 93 townhomes, 13 condos, community commercial/retail, space, a multi-family component, and a large hospitality venture. Phase I further included a 1 acre community park, a community sensory garden, a pocket park, a 900 foot wall and sound barrier along State St, improvements to E Plaza St to the north of the project, and offsite community improvements to the west.
Avebury Subdivision
Meridian, Idaho
A unique infill subdivision near downtown Meridian. Avebury is a 12 single family home subdivision plus and additional two unit townhome. Grading and retaining walls were needed to achieve the proper building elevation and a robust SWPPP plan as this site backs Five Mile Creek. The single family homes boast over 2,200 sf and many have large exterior decks. A large open living space is located on the first floor along with the master suite and a large bonus room upstairs complements the 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
